NTT Com completes acquisition of Indonesia’s Cyber CSF

IndonesiaTelecom Asia — NTT Com said it has completed the acquisition of PT. Cyber CSF, the largest data center service provider in Indonesia. NTT Com has renamed the company “PT. NTT Indonesia Nexcenter” after completing the acquisition on October 6. The acquisition, announced in July, has enabled NTT Com to acquire 7,700 square meters of server rooms in a Tier III compliant data center located in the heart of Jakarta.

27 companies apply for Indonesia fiber tender

IndonesiaTelecom Asia — Major telecom and ICT companies including PT Telkom Indonesia, PT Indosat and XL Axiata have all registered to take part in a bid for a $246.7 million fiber project in Indonesia. All told 27 companies have signed up to take part in the bid for the Palapa Ring II cable project, which will involve rolling out 8,395km of subsea cable in the nation, Deal Street Asia reported.

NTT Communications Wholly Acquires PT. Cyber CSF, Indonesian Data Center Service Provider

IndonesiaVirtual Strategy — NTT Com, the ICT solutions and international communications business within NTT, announced today that it signed an agreement recently to wholly acquire PT. Cyber CSF (Cyber CSF), a data center service provider headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.  Cyber CSF, founded in 2012, is Indonesia’s largest data center service provider. It operates a high-quality facility equipped for 24 MVA of power and 2,800 racks in 7,700 square meters of space in the heart of Jakarta.
