Nearly two years after an initial unified communications implementation with Microsoft Lync, engineering consultancy firm Beca has realised benefits that it wasn’t counting on. “One of our key objectives was to get closer to our clients. But the collaboration side in helping us to iterate and be more agile, and align ourselves better has been great benefits.
